[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 20일 더불어민주당 경기도공직선거후보자추천관리회는 제8회 전국동시지방선거 2차 공천심사 발표를 공지했다.

광역기초의원 공천심사 결과 배영환 경기도의회의원 예비후보가 단수 후보로 공천이 확정됐다.

배영환 예비후보의 학력 및 경력으로 디지털서울문화예술대학교 연기예술학과(문학사) 졸업했으며,  사단법인 한국예총 4, 5대 전 가평지회장, 가평교육청 청소년 문화예술 전 진흥위원, 가평군 복지재단 전 이사, 가평군 지역발전협의회 전 위원, 가평읍 농촌중심지 활성화사업 전 추진위원, 경기도 축제/공모/대회 전문 전 심사위원을 역임했다.

현재는 사단법인 한국예총 경기도 부회장, 사단법인 전통문화예술 연구소 가평소장, 가평사랑 예술봉사단장으로 활동 중이다.
