[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시농업기술센터는 2022년 생활개선회 재능활용 지역돌봄사업의 일환으로 힐데루시 자연치유(치유농장) 박인미 대표의 지도 아래 지난 4일부터 6월 13일까지 ‘채식지도사 1급 교육과정’을 운영해 20명의 채식지도사를 양성한다고 밝혔다.

교육과정은 파이토케미컬의 이해와 종류, 항암음식 등의 이론과 실습, 푸드스타일링 기법, 3대 영양소의 섭취요령 등으로 구성되어 있다고 했다. 

포천시 생활개선회 회원들은 채식지도사 1급 과정 교육에서 습득한 요리지식으로 관내 홀몸 어르신들에게 맞춤 건강요리를 나눔할 예정이라고 전했다.

농업기술센터 관계자는 “포천시 생활개선회원들의 재능기부 활동이 지역사회의 활력소가 되길 바란다. 앞으로도 회원들의 다양한 활동이 기대된다.”고 말했다.

한편. 재능활용 지역돌봄사업은 생활개선회원의 능력향상을 위한 교육훈련과 재능기부 활동을 지원하는 사업으로, 농촌여성의 재능기부를 통한 농촌지역사회 활력을 도모하기 위해 시작됐다고 했다.
