[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11일 포천시 환경농업대학 총동문회는 농업기술센터 대강당에서 제6대·7대 총동문회장 이·취임식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이날 행사는 포천시 환경농업대학장인 박윤국 시장을 비롯해 총동문회 역대 회장 등 50여 명이 참석한 가운데 진행했다고 전했다.

제6대 이춘식 회장은 이임사를 통해 “지난 2년 동안 코로나19로 어려운 시기였지만 환경농업대학 활성화와 발전을 위해 기수별 모임지원 등에 최선을 다했다.”라고 말했다.

신임 이동윤 회장은 “새로 구성된 제7대 임원진과 함께 총동문회의 회원간 화합과 지역농업 발전에 노력하겠다.”라고 포부를 밝혔다.

한편, 포천시 환경농업대학은 2005년 개교한 이래 17기 1,184명의 우수한 인재를 양성해 각자의 분야에서 뛰어난 성과를 내고 있다고 했다.
