[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 2월 22일부터 25일까지 양주시일자리센터는 2022년 취업지원프로그램인 ‘요양보호사 양성과정’에 참여할 교육생을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

교육대상은 양주시에 주소지를 둔 만 40세 이상 만 67세 이하의 구직자로 총 20명을 모집하고, 직장 4대보험 미가입자이면서 코로나19 백신 2차 접종 완료자에 한해 참여할 수 있으며, 단 고용센터 국민취업지원제도 등 타 국·도비 지원프로그램에 참여 중이거나 최근 1년 이내 양주시일자리센터 취업지원프로그램에 참여한 시민, 사업체를 운영 중인 시민은 제외된다고 했다.

교육과정은 참여자별 49일, 총 242시간으로 취업역량교육을 비롯해 이론, 실습 등 요양보호사 실무과정이 회정동 소재 덕계요양보호사교육원에서 이뤄지며, 오는 3월 11일 2시간에 걸친 취업역량교육을 시작으로 오는 3월 14일부터 5월 2일까지 총 38일, 160시간의 이론교육과 오는 5월 3일부터 5월 31일 기간 중 10일, 80시간의 실습이 진행될 예정이라고 전했다.

참여를 희망하는 구직자는 오는 2월 22일부터 25일까지 양주시 보건소 뒤편 양주고용복지플러스센터 1층, 양주시일자리센터로 방문 접수하면 되고, 모집인원보다 신청인원이 많은 경우 내부 심사를 통해 교육생을 선발하며, 교육비용은 무료라고 했다.
