[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 12월 7일 양양군 여성단체협의회는 여성단체 회원들을 대상으로 양성평등기금공모사업 ‘여성리더 역량강화 교육’을 문화복지회관에서 개최했다고 밝혔다. 

이번 특강은 여성단체협의회 주관으로 진행되었으며 “변화를 만들어가는 여성 리더란?” 이라는 주제로 여성 리더로서의 역할과 자기관리 능력 강화를 통해, 앞으로 여성 리더가 나아갈 방향에 대해 고민하고 전문성과 관계 역량을 넓힐 수 있는 과정으로 진행됐다고 했다.

이명숙 양양군여성단체협의회장은 “리더십 특강을 통해 지역 여성 인재를 양성하고, 지도자로서의 자질함양 기회를 제공하여 변화하는 여성 리더의 모습에 앞장서겠다”라고 밝혔다.
