이번 경기도광역이동지원시스템API연계 운영으로 의정부시 교통약자 이동지원 특별교통수단의 기존 접수방법(전화, ARS, 인터넷)에 더하여 경기도광역이동지원시스템(전화, 인터넷, 모바일)에서도 접수가 가능하게 되었으며, 또한 회원 가입 후 승인을 받게 되면 편리하게 의정부시이동지원센터의 특별교통 수단을 접수, 이용할 수 있게 됐다고 했다.
