[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군이 올해 건강하고 행복한 가족문화를 조성하고 다문화가족의 맞춤형 생활지원서비스를 확대하기 위해 25억원 투입한다고 10일 밝혔다.

이에 가평군은 연평균 9000여명이 이용하고 있는 가족센터 운영의 일환으로 가족문제 전문상담소, 행복한 가족프로그램, 다문화가족 특성화사업, 결혼이민자 역량강화 등 맞춤형 가족지원 20여개 사업을 추진키로 했다.

또한, 첫째아 및 둘째아 이상 출산축하금 지원을 비롯해 출생신고 아동에게 200만원의 첫 만남이용권 및 양육공백 발생 시, 찾아가는 아이돌봄서비스 제공, 아이돌보미 영아돌봄수당 지원 등 출산장려사업도 추진한다.

이와 함께 민선8기 공약사업으로 아이돌봄서비스 본인부담금 지원확대 및 다문화가족중시 인구정책수립 연구용역도 진행해 보육서비스 기반강화 및 지역사회통합을 이뤄 나가기로 했다.

금년 5월부터 군 조례개정 후, 아이돌봄 일반가정의 본인부담금 지원율을 기존 50%에서 60%로 10% 상향 적용키로 했다.

더불어 12월까지 군만의 차별화된 다문화가족의 고유한 특성과 정책수요를 파악하는 연구용역을 통해 중장기적인 다문화가족 중시 연차별 인구증가정책 시행계획수립 및 정책실천에 나선다는 계획이다. 

아울러 군은 작년에도 15가구에 1500여만 원을 지급하는 등 매년 100만원씩 3년간 다문화가족 정착장려금을 지원하고 지원대상자 교육을 통해 결혼이민자들의 안정적인 정착지원을 돕기로 했다.

가평군 관계자는 “아이들은 행복하고 부모는 신뢰할 수 있는 건강한 보육환경 조성과 미래의 건강한 사회구성원으로서 성장을 뒷받침하는데 최선을 다하고 언어 및 문화 차이 등으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 다문화가족이 안정적으로 생활할 수 있도록 다양한 지원책을 만들어 나가겠다”고 말했다.
