[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군은 2023년 정기분 등록면허세 200백만원(12,060건)을 부과했다고 5일 밝혔다.

이번에 부과한 등록면허세(면허) 납세의무자는 1월 1일 현재 면허의 유효기간이 정해져 있지 아니하거나 그 기간이 1년을 초과하는 면허를 받은 자를 대상으로 부과 되며, 사업의 종류 및 그 규모 등을 참작하여 5종으로 구분하고 최저 4천 5백원부터 최고 2만 7천원까지 종별로 차등 과세한다. 

등록면허세 납부는 고지서 없이도 금융기관에 설치된 현금자동인출기(ATM)/현금자동지급기(CD)에서 조회하여 납부할 수 있으며 위텍스와 이체 수수료가 없는 지방세입계좌 납부, 전자납부번호 납부, 인터넷지로, 자동응답시스템/ARS에서도 납부가 가능하다.

다만, 전국적인 차세대 지방세 프로그램 전환에 따라 오는 20일 18시부터 25일 9시까지는 모든 납부서비스가 중단되므로 납부시 주의를 안내했다.

정기분 등록면허세 납부기한은 2023년 1월 31일까지이며, 등록면허세를 납부하지 않으면 행정제재를 받을 수 있으므로 납기내 납부를 당부했다.
