‘아무튼, 시작’은 남녀노소 구분없이 다양한 연령층의 도서관 이용자들이 독서활동에 흥미를 갖도록 유도하고 독서문화 확산에 기여하고자 마련한 독서진흥 프로그램이자 도서전시회로, 주요 프로그램은 ‘일단 시작하는 글쓰기&책 쓰기’, ‘돈이 모이는 미니멀 라이프의 시작’, ‘초등학교 입학 준비의 모든 것’, ‘새해다짐 캘리그라피 달력 만들기’ 등이며 성인과 초등학생을 대상으로 진행한다고 했다.

‘일단 시작하는 글쓰기&책 쓰기’는 이지니 작가와 함께 하는 글쓰기 프로그램으로 매주 월요일마다 총 8회에 걸쳐 진행하며, 이초아 작가의 ‘돈이 모이는 미니멀 라이프의 시작’은 정리정돈, 각종 수납법, 공간을 통한 치유 등을 주제로 물건을 간결히 정리하는 노하우를 담았고, 또한 ‘초등학교 입학 준비의 모든 것’에서는 서울 정수초등학교 김수현 교사가 강사로 나서 초등학교 신입생 자녀의 입학 준비를 효율적으로 돕는 방법을 예비 학부모에게 전수한다고 전했다.
