[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 13일부터 강릉시보건소는 지역사회에서 정신건강서비스가 필요한 주민을 대상으로 직접 찾아가는 서비스로「마음안심버스」를 운영한다고 밝혔다. 

최근 코로나19 장기화로 인한 우울 확산으로 정신건강영역에 대한 국가 책임의 강화에 따라 코로나 우울 및 재난 트라우마 확산에 선제적으로 대응하여 시민의 정신건강증진 기반을 마련하고자 진행하게 됐다고 했다.

올해 3월 보건복지부 마음안심버스 공모사업에 선정되어 국비를 지원받아 차량 구입 후 내부를 구조변경하고 스트레스측정기 및 이동교육에 필요한 장비(빔프로젝트, 노트북 등)를 비치하여 이동 상담에 필요한 상담실을 만들었다고 했다.

마음안심버스는 코로나 우울 고위험군에 대한 조기 중재 및 정신건강증진사업 확대를 위해 청년, 여성, 노인, 장애인 등 취약계층을 대상으로 찾아가는 심리지원 서비스를 진행한다고 했다. 

마음안심버스는 강릉시정신건강복지센터와 중독관리통합지원센터에서 운영하며 신청 및 문의 사항은 정신건강TF팀으로 연락하면 된다고 전했다.
