[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 1일 양주시는 시청 대회의실에서 소속 직원들의 시정 발전 역량을 강화하기 위한 ‘2021년 학습동아리 성과공유 한마당’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

학습동아리 성과공유 한마당은 혁신적인 아이디어 도출과 토론하는 직장분위기 조성 등 학습동아리의 활동 결과를 공유하고 우수사례를 선정, 시정발전 정책을 발굴하는 자리이며, 양주시 소속 7개 학습동아리는 2021년 한 해 동안 디자인씽킹 프로그램을 통해 문제공감, 방향성 수립·아이디어 발산, 아이디어 속성분석, 정책 컨셉 설정 등으로 진행한 3회의 워크숍과 2회에 걸친 일대일 전문가 컨설팅 등을 진행했다고 전했다.

이날 행사에서는 학습동아리 소속 직원들이 참석해 시민 등 정책수혜자가 체감할 수 있는 그간의 연구성과를 발표한 뒤 질의응답의 시간을 가졌으며, 평가는 김용훈 기획행정실장, 안순덕 의원 등 총 5명으로 구성된 심사위원단이 과제선정 적정성 및 수행노력도, 수행성과 및 실적, 자료준비 충실도 및 발표 우수성 등을 종합적으로 심사했고, 직급별 현장 평가단을 선정, 과제 수행 결과물에 대한 공감도에 따라 현장에 게시된 보드에 배점스티커를 부착해 평가했다고 했다.

한편 학습동아리 연구결과물은 시정발전에 활용하기 위해 오는 6일부터 10일까지 시청 로비에 전시하고 전 직원과 시청을 방문하는 시민들에게 공유할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
