 특히, 양주 회암사지 왕실축제만의 정체성 확립과 더불어 역사문화도시 위상 제고 등 양주 회암사지의 관광활성화와 지역명소화에 중점을 두고 추진한다.

 창작뮤지컬은 조선 1402년 회암사 궁궐 조성을 배경으로 태조 이성계와 태종(이방원)의 갈등과 화해, 태상왕의 후궁 자야(성비원씨)와 벙어리 소년 호로하의 사랑과 예술혼 이야기 등을 통해 현대인들을 위로하는 치유의 메시지를 담고 있다.
