[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군은 현장 위주의 실무적 마을활동을 위한 소통능력을 강화 하고, 주민주도형 마을 공동체 조성에 기여를 위해 2023년 소통전문가 양성과정 교육생을 모집한다고 1일 밝혔다.

소통전문가(퍼실리테이터)란 중립적인 위치에서 참여와 토론을 이끌어 내는 역할을 한다.

본 교육은 지역사회 문제해결 능력을 키우며 의사소통을 위한 다양한 기술을 습득하는 과정을 통해 참여와 소통의 중요성이 부각되는 역량강화에 필요한 핵심교육이다.

교육 일정은 3월 7일부터 3월 23일까지 매주 화, 목 6일간 총 40시간 진행되며 퍼실리테이션의 이해 및 스킬 향상 등 기본 교육과 프로그램 기획 및 개발 사례별 실습 교육 등으로 이루어진다. 

또한, 수료기준(전체 수업의 80%이상 수강)을 충족할 경우 민간자격증 2급 취득도 가능하며, 응시조건으로는 가평군 내 주민등록이 되어 있는 주민이면 누구나 지원 가능하다.

단, 2017년~2022년에 참여했던 기 지원자는 지원이 불가하다.

교육희망자는 오는 2월 1일부터 2월 21일까지 교육신청서 등 구비서류를 갖춰 가평군 일자리정책과 마을공동체팀 또는 가평군 마을공동체 지원센터로 방문 하거나 이메일로도 접수 가능하다.

가평군 관계자는 "이번 교육을 통해 마을 공동체 만들기 사업에 보다 창의적이고 적극적으로 참여할 수 있도록 전문성 향상 기회를 제공함으로써 지역문제 해소와 공적가치를 창출하는 주민 소통 및 공동체 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다"라고 말했다.
