[서종협 기자 = 평창군] 평창군 방림면은 2022년 주민등록 사실조사를 위하여 ‘부재중 방문알림’스티커를 제작해 조사 시 주민 부재로 여러 차례 방문해야하는 지역의 최일선에서 활동하는 이장협의회의 고충을 해결하겠다고 밝혔다.

‘부재중 방문알림’스티커는 여러 차례의 방문에도 불구하고 부재인 경우가 많아 반복 방문해야 하는 이장들의 애로사항을 해결하고자 고안됐으며, 방문한 조사원의 연락처와 목적을 남기고 연락해 줄 것을 당부하는 내용을 담았다.

방림면 14개 리 이장들은 “반드시 만나야만 하는 일이지만 부재중으로 연락이 닿지 않아 안타까웠는데, 앞으로 이 스티커를 활용하면 이러한 어려움이 조금은 해소될 것으로 기대가 되며 사실조사 외에도 각종 업무를 수행할 때 도움이 될 것 같다”라며, 이장들의 고충 해결을 위해 노력한 방림면에 감사의 뜻을 전했다.

김순란 방림면장은 “최일선에서 활동해주시는 이장님들에게 다시 한번 감사드리며, 주민들과 함께 소통하며 신뢰받는 적극적인 행정서비스 제공을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”라고 말했다.
