[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 3월 21일부터 25일까지 춘천시민장학복지재단이 2022년도 상반기 장학생을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

춘천시민장학복지재단 장학생은 지역 우수인재를 발굴, 육성하고 고장에 대한 애향심과 자긍심을 높이기 위해 마련했으며, 장학금은 애향장학금과 성적우수장학금, 특기장학금, 주소이전장학금으로 분류해 지급하고, 애향장학생은 저소득 자녀 50%, 통리반장 자녀 30%, 시정유공본인․ 자녀 10%, 환경공원 주변 거주자 10% 비율로 뽑는다고 했다.

성적우수 장학생 선발기준은 고등학교와 대학교 성적 우수 학생이 대상으로 대학생은 직전 학기 성적이 A학점 이상, 고등학생은 2등급 이상이며, 특기 장학생 부분은 최근 1년 이내 광역시․도 단위 대회 1위 또는 국제․전국대회 3위 이상 입상자가 대상이라고 했다.

주소이전 장학금은 타 지역 출신 학생으로 공고일 현재 3개월 이상~1년 미만 동안 춘천시로 주민등록 주소지가 이전된 관내 대학생으로 직전학기 성적이 B학점 이상이어야 하며, 주소이전 장학생을 제외한 모든 장학금은 주민등록상 주소지가 1년 이상 춘천시로 돼 있어야 한다고 했다.

애향장학생은 주소지 읍면동 행정복지센터를 방문해 신청하면 되며, 기타 장학생은 시청 별관 또는 춘천도시공사 3층 시민장학복지재단 사무실을 방문하면 되고, 다만 코로나19 상황에 따라 우편 접수도 함께한다고 전했다.

장학금은 고등학생 50만원, 대학생 최대 100만원이며, 4월중 지급할 예정이고, 1가구에서 2명 이상 선발될 경우 1명만 지급하며 납부금·등록금 등을 전액 면제 받는 경우 신청할 수 없다고 했다.
