[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동해안권경제자유구역청은 동해안권경제자유구역 북평지구 장기임대단지(북평국가산업단지內 위치)에 대하여 2차 임대공고를 통해 입주계약 신청서류 접수결과 지난 1월 25일부터 1월 28일까지 4일 동안 도내 업체 2개와 도외 업체 3개, 총 5개 업체가 신청했다고 밝혔다.

향후, 한국산업단지공단 강원지역본부 동해지사는 ‘북평지구 장기임대단지 입주심의회’를 통해 입주기업 심사하여 입주 대상업체를 선정하며 선정된 기업체에 대해서 입주계약을 체결할 예정이라고 했다.

임대공고 대상 필지는 4,190형(1,200평형) 8개 필지로 입주대상 업종은 전 제조업이며 입주 우선순위에서 외국인투자기업, 국내복귀기업, 첨단제품 및 첨단기술투자기업, 수소전문기업은 1순위, 조립금속 관련 제조업은 2순위, 그 외 제조업은 3순위가 된다고 했다. 

2022년 2월 7일부터 오는 2월 10일까지 ‘북평지구 장기임대단지 입주심의회’의 입주심사를 거쳐 최종 선정결과를 오는 2월 11일 통보하며, 향후 필지추첨을 오는 2월 15일에 입주 계약 및 임대차계약 체결은 2월 16일부터 3월 3일까지 추진할 예정이라고 했다.

아울러, 동해시에서는 입주 심사를 통과한 입주업체를 대상으로 지원기준에 의거 투자촉진보조금 등 각종 인센티브와 기업 운영에 필요한 행정서비스를 제공할 계획이라고 전했다.
