[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 2월 28일까지 동해시 재산등록 의무가 있는 공직자 181명에 대해 2022년 정기 및 수시 재산변동 신고를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

신고 대상은 시장, 시의원, 4급 이상 공무원, 인허가·위생·세무·토목·건축 등 특정 분야 7급 이상 공무원, 부동산 유관부서, 공직 유관단체 임원 등으로, 대상자는 본인과 배우자, 본인의 직계 존·비속의 재산 변동사항도 신고해야 한다고 했다.

신고 방법은 공직윤리시스템(PETI)에 토지, 건물, 자동차, 예금 등 항목별로 등록하면 되며, 이 가운데 시장, 시의원의 재산신고 내역은 3월 말 관보 등을 통해 공개될 예정이라고 했다.

이에, 동해시는 지난달 28일 온라인 교육을 실시해 정기 재산변동신고서 작성방법과 주요 실수 사례 등 유의사항을 안내했으며, 신고 마감일에 신고 폭주로 인한 시스템 과부하가 일어나지 않도록 조기 신고 안내와 홍보를 강화할 예정이라고 전했다.
