[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 11월 23일부터 가평군 한석봉도서관은 군민의 인문학적 소양증진 및 지적역량 강화를 위하여 ‘인문학’을 주제로 비대면 특성화 프로그램 <명화로 배우는 그리스 신화>, <영화로 읽는 현대문학>을 진행한다고 밝혔다.

<명화로 배우는 그리스 신화> 는 일리아스 연구로 문학박사를 취득하고 인문 철학 분야 다수의 저작활동을 한 강대진 강사가 11월 23일부터 5주간 화요일마다 다양한 그림 자료들을 보면서 그리스 신화를 체계적으로 강의하여 수강자들은 그리스 신화에 대해 그동안 단편적으로 알고 있던 내용들을 정연하게 정리할 수 있고 신화 내용에 대한 여러 해석들에 대해서 알 수 있다고 했다.

또한 강의 중에 신화와 관련된 철학, 문학, 음악, 영화작품들도 많이 언급하여 문화 여러 분야에 대한 이해의 기반을 다질 수 있다고 전했다.

<영화로 읽는 현대문학> 은 11월 24일부터 4주간 수요일에 인문학 지도사 1급이면서 생각변화연구소 소장인 현정아 강사와 함께 원작소설이 영화로 만들어진 작품을 읽고 영상을 보며 더불어 함께 사는 삶, 나를 나답게 살게 하는 것은 무엇인가, 책은 사람을 어떻게 만드는가, 선택과 갈망에 대한 진지한 고찰을 주제로 인간을 이해하고 삶의 본질을 탐색하는 인문학 프로그램으로 책과 영화를 비교해보며 책읽기의 기쁨과 재미를 찾을 수 있다고 했다.
