김순임 협의회 위원장은 “우리 주변에도 송파 세 모녀 사건처럼 생활이 어려워도 복지정보를 알지 못해 도움을 요청하지 못하는 가정이 있을 수 있다. 이런 사각지대는 주변 이웃의 작은 관심으로도 충분히 예방할 수 있다. 주변에 어려운 이웃이 있으면 지체 없이 포천동 행정복지센터로 연락해 주시기 바란다.”고 말했다.
