[김일웅 기자=  경기북부]지난 5월21일 오후1시경 스위스 그랜드호텔 그랜드볼륨에서  제11회 'GMAEA2021 세계를 하나로 WORLD TOGETHER' 가 개최 된 가운데 양승조 충남도지사가 '글로벌 최강 지방자치명인대상' 수상의 영예를 안았다.

이날 양승조 충남도지사는 수상소감에서 "먼저 열한번째를 맞이하는 '글로벌 최강 명인대상 시상식과 국제의료미용 학술포럼'개최를 충남  220만 도민과 더불어 5천2백만 국민과 함께 진심으로 축하드립니다. 코로나란 이런상황에서도 불구하고 이렇게 힘이 있고 성대한 이런행사에 초대해주신 이의한 총재님께 감사 말씀드린다"고 말했다.

또, "또하나의 한류 세계를 하나로 묶는 이런 커다란 일은 중앙정부가 해야할일이지만 지마에(GMAEA)이의한 총재와 세계의료미용교류협회가 이뤄낸것이다"며 극찬을 아끼지 않았다.
