[김준호 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 평창군이 22일부터 청년 주거 부담 경감을 위한 월세지원 사업을 한시적으로 진행한다

지원대상은 저소득 독립 청년(19-34세)이며, 최대 20만원씩 12개월 동안 지원할 예정이다. 사업기간은 '22~'24년까지이며 한시적으로 진행된다. 신청기간은 '22.8~'23.8월까지 1년간이며, 지원금 지급은 22~24년에 걸쳐 이뤄진다. 

또한, 평창군은 청년월세 한시 특별지원 사업 지원 가능 여부는 사전에 확인할 수 있는 청년월세 한시 특별지원 사업 모의계산 서비스를 복지로를 통해 개시한다고 밝혔다.

지원을 원하는 청년은 우선 모의계산 서비스를 통해 지원 대상에 해당하는지 확인 후, 신청 서류를 구비하여 8월22일부터 복지로(누리집 또는 어플리케이션)나 거주지의 읍·면사무소로 신청하면 된다. 

신청서류는 신청서, 소득재산신고서, 임대차계약서 및 최근3개월간 월세이체 증빙서류, 통장사본, 가족관계증명서(상세) 등 이다.

이번 월세지원 사업은 청년들의 수요를 반영한 월세 지원으로, 청년들이 학업·취업 등에 전념하며 안정적으로 미래를 준비 하는데 도움이 될 것이다
