[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시문화도시지원센터가 타 지역민의 강릉 이주와 정착을 도울 생활멘토‘비빌언덕’을 오는 13일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다. 

‘비빌언덕’은 잠재적 강릉 이주민과 강릉 전입 3년 이내의 새내기 강릉시민을 대상으로 체류와 이주부터 정착에 이르기까지 필요한 지역 필수 생활 정보를 제공하는 선주민 생활멘토라고 했다.

2022 문화도시 조성사업 이주환대 프로젝트『강릉 살아보기』사업 하에 활동하며, 삶의 터전으로서 강릉이 가지는 다양한 매력을 전달하는 역할을 한다고 했다.

이주민 환대 문화에 앞장서 봉사 정신을 가지고 강릉살이에 필요한 경험과 정보를 안내할 수 있는 강릉 시민이라면 연령에 관계없이 누구나 신청할 수 있으며, 모집인원은 20명 내외라고 전했다. 

선발 이후‘생활멘토 필수 교육’을 통해 의사소통 역량을 강화하고, ‘시나미강릉’ 어플 ‘사람도서관-비빌언덕’ 카테고리에 개인 프로필을 등록한다고 했다. 

강릉살이를 희망하는 타 지역민이나 새내기 이주민(멘티)이 프로필 열람 후 희망 멘토를 선택해 신청하면 강릉시문화도시지원센터가 멘토와 멘티를 연결해 멘토링이 진행된다고 했다.
