[브레이크뉴스 양주 = 김완영 기자] 경기도 양주시 양주역세권개발 지구내 양주1동 복합청사건립을 위한 기공식이 오는 20 오후 4시 양주역 1번출구 바로앞에 위치한 남방동 345-2번지에서 행사를 개최한다.

양주1동 현 청사는 1955년에 유양리에서 남방동으로 이전해 약 70년을 가까히 지내온 역사가 깊은 청사이다.

이번 청사의 기공식은 양주역세권개발사업으로 인해 청사부지를 마련하면서 청가건립 계획을 세웠다.
