[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 8일부터 10일까지 경상북도 경주시에서 개최된 “제4회 대한민국 사회적경제 박람회”가 성황리에 막을 내렸다고 밝혔다.

‘사회적경제 내일을 열다’를 주제로 개최된 이번 박람회는 기재부, 고용부 등 17개의 중앙부처 및 전국의 사회적경제 기관과 기업이 참여하여 경주 화백컨벤션센터에서 온·오프라인으로 진행됐다.

개막식에서는 새 정부의 경제정책이 발표된 만큼 사회적경제가 이번 정부의 경제정책과 함께 가야 한다는 의견이 나왔으며, 특히 4대 경제정책인 ▲민간중심 역동경제 ▲체질개선 도약경제 ▲미래대비 선도경제 ▲함께가는 행복경제 중 함께가는 행복경제는 사회적경제와 맥을 같이 하는 만큼 사회적경제 관계자의 역할이 중요하다고 설명했다.

홍두선 기획재정부 기획조정실장은 축사를 통해 “앞으로 사회적경제가 더욱 활성화되기 위해서는 정부의 지원도 중요하지만 사회적경제 기업의 자생력을 강화하는 것이 큰 과제”라며, “맞춤형 사회서비스 모델 개발 투자 방안 마련, 사회적가치 측정을 통한 정부지원 마련, 규제 혁신을 통한 현장 경영애로 해소, 지역자원 활용에 따른 독창적 사업모델 발굴로 지역경제 활성화에 앞장서겠다.”고 밝혔다.

사회적경제 지역정책 활성화와 공동의 과제를 모색하기 위한 자리에서 전국 13개 광역단위 사회적경제지원센터들은 각각 설립의 필요성과 연대의 중요성을 강조하며, 지속적인 교류와 협업으로 지역 사회적경제 활성화 도모와 공동과제 해결을 약속했다.

이날 협의회는 강원도사회적경제지원센터 이강익 센터장, 충남사회적경제지원센터 강윤정 센터장, 광주사회적경제지원센터 최유진 센터장이 공동대표로 선출됐다. 

시상에서 강원문화발전소 협동조합이 2022 우수마을기업으로 선정되는 등 쾌거를 얻었고, 도 사회적경제 10개 기업에 관람객의 발길이 이어지며 호평을 받았다. 

(사)강원도사회적경제지원센터는 “참가한 강원지역 사회적경제인들의 활약에 감사하다”며, “박람회를 통해 전국의 사회적경제 모델을 배우고, 전국광역사회적경제지원센터협의회 발족을 이뤄냈다. 추후 강원도 사회적경제의 모습을 기대해주셨으면 좋겠다.”고 말했다. 

한편, 제5회 사회적경제 박람회의 개최지는 부산으로 정해져 내년 7월 첫째 주에 2박 3일간 박람회가 개최될 예정이다.
