한편 새봄을 맞아 회천2동에서 시행하는 ‘화.화.하(花·華·㰤)’ 프로젝트는 꽃 화(花)·빛날 화(華)·웃을 하(㰤)는 ‘꽃으로 빛나고 환한 웃음이 가득한 마을 만들기’라는 의미를 담고 있다고 했다.
