<김일웅기자=의정부> 지난 1일 수원컨벤션센터에서 개막한 2024 경기도 기능대회에 참가한 의정부공업고등학교 학생 5명이 금2, 은1, 장려상 2개를 수상하는 쾌거를 올려 전국 기능경기대회의 참가 자격을 획득했다. 

의정부공업고등학교는 ‘타일, 자동차 페인팅, 산업용 드론제어’ 등 3개 직종에 10명의 학생이 참가하여 ‘타일’ 직종에서 금, 은, 장려상 각 1개씩 또, ‘자동차 페인팅 직종에서 금1개와 장려상 1개를 수상하여 총 5명의 학생이 입상하는 큰 성과를 달성하였다.
