<김일웅기자= 의정부>  의정부시 보건소장연국 소장은 모바일앱(워크온)을 통해 장애인과 비장애인이 함께하는 발걸음 ‘같이 걸을래?’를 운영한다고 1일 밝혔다.

 5월 1일부터 31일까지 진행하는 지역사회중심 재활사업으로 관내 거주 등록 장애인을 포함한 가족과 친구 등을 대상으로 마련했다고 했다.

 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 손쉽게 걷기 실천이 가능해 활동량이 적은 장애인들도 건강한 생활 습관을 형성할 수 있다.

 사업 기간 중 다양한 중간 미션을 진행해 참가자의 흥미를 북돋울 예정이다. 사업 종료 후 커뮤니티 전체 참여자가 한 달 누적 목표 걸음을 달성하면 건강홍보 물품을 제공한다.

 참여 희망자는 4월 1일부터 30일까지 보건소를 방문해 사전평가 후 신청 가능하다. 자세한 사항은 보건소 통합건강증진센터(031-870-6085~6)로 문의하면 안내받을 수 있다.

<Reporter Kim Il-woong = Uijeongbu> Director Yeon-guk of the Uijeongbu City Public Health Center announced on the 1st that they will be running ‘Would You Like to Walk Together?’, a walk between disabled and non-disabled people through a mobile app (Walk On).

  He said that it was a community-centered rehabilitation project to be conducted from May 1 to 31, targeting family members and friends, including registered disabled people living in the area.

  Since walking can be easily practiced without restrictions of time and place, even people with disabilities who are less active can form a healthy lifestyle.

  During the project period, various intermediate missions will be carried out to stimulate the interest of participants. After the project ends, health promotion items will be provided if all community participants achieve their cumulative goal for one month.
