<김일웅기자=의정부> 의정부시(시장 김동근)는 개별공시지가의 신뢰성을 확보하고 시민의 재산권을 보호하고자 ‘감정평가사 민원(개별공시지가) 상담제’를 운영한다고 1일 밝혔다.

 상담 대상은 2024년 1월 1일 기준 개별공시지가 조사 대상의 토지 소유자 및 이해관계인이다. 상담 기간은 1차 4월 1~8일, 2차 4월 30일~5월 29일이다.

 해당 기간 내 감정평가사와 유선 및 방문 상담이 가능하다. 방문 상담은 4월 8일 및 5월 22일 오후 2시부터 5시까지 의정부시청 토지정보과 공시지가실에서 제공한다.

 아울러, 시는 시 홈페이지에서 기간에 상관없이 개별공시지가에 대한 의견을 제출할 수 있는 ‘개별공시지가 365 의견제출 창구’를 상시 운영하고 있다.

 김정섭 토지정보과장은 “개별공시지가는 각종 세금 부과 기준뿐만 아니라 여러 방면에서 활용되고 있다”며, “토지소유자 및 이해관계인은 개별공시지가에 관심을 부탁드린다”고 말했다.

Uijeongbu City operates a consultation system to protect citizens’ property rights and appraisers’ complaints (individually announced land prices)

  <Reporter Kim Il-woong = Uijeongbu> Uijeongbu City (Mayor Kim Dong-geun) announced on the 1st that it will operate the ‘Appraiser Complaints (Individual Official Land Price) Consultation System’ to secure the reliability of publicly announced individual land prices and protect the property rights of citizens.

  The subjects of consultation are land owners and stakeholders subject to the individually announced land price survey as of January 1, 2024. The consultation period is from April 1st to 8th for the first period and from April 30th to May 29th for the second period.

  Consultation with an appraiser over the phone or in person is possible during this period. On-site consultations will be provided at the Public Land Price Office of the Land Information Department at Uijeongbu City Hall on April 8 and May 22 from 2 to 5 p.m.

  In addition, the city always operates the ‘Individual Public Land Price 365 Opinion Submission Window’ on the city website where opinions on individual publicly announced land prices can be submitted regardless of the period.

  Kim Jeong-seop, head of the Land Information Division, said, “The publicly announced individual land price is used not only as a standard for various tax assessments, but also in many other ways,” and “We ask land owners and interested parties to pay attention to the publicly announced individual land price.”
