[김완영 기자 = 양주] 양주시(시장 강수현)가 오는 22일 오후 5시 경기섬유종합지원센터 대강당에서 2023년 양주시립예술단 신춘음악회 「다시 온ːON 봄」을 개최한다.
이번 신춘음악회는 ‘경기북부 중심도시 대도약 원년의 해’ 로 선포한 올해 희망찬 새봄을 맞아 시 승격 제20주년을 기념하고 시민들에게 일상 속 문화활동 향유의 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련했다.
이번 공연은 따뜻하고 밝은 분위기의 클래식 명곡 연주와 함께 대중성과 예술성을 갖춘 곡으로 구성, 희망적인 신춘 분위기 속 시민과 함께 즐기며 호흡할 수 있는 무대로 준비했다.
시립합창단과 시립교향악단이 선보이는 수준 높은 공연은 합창단의 이중대 지휘자와 교향악단의 박승유 지휘자가 지휘하며 1부 합창단, 2부 교향악단, 3부 연합공연 순으로 진행된다.
‘Te teum’, ‘드보르작 카니발 서곡’ 등 아름다운 선율의 클래식 명곡들을 비롯해 ‘산유화’, ‘과수원 길’ 등 봄의 정취를 느낄 수 있는 친숙한 한국 가곡들을 시민들에게 선사할 예정이다.
이번 공연은 만 8세 이상 양주시민이라면 누구나 관람할 수 있으며, 온라인 사전 예약(90석)과 당일 선착순 무료입장(220석)으로 운영된다.
온라인 사전 예약은 오는 10일부터 17일까지 일주일간 네이버 예약을 통해 신청할 수 있다.
시 관계자는 “기나긴 코로나 터널을 지나 맞이한 새봄에 어울리는 밝고 희망찬 명곡 연주회를 통해 시민 간 화합하고 양주 도약을 기원하는 분위기가 조성되길 기대한다”며 “봄기운이 완연한 4월 가족, 연인, 친구와 함께 예술단의 공연을 관람하며 일상회복의 즐거움을 만끽하길 바란다”고 말했다.
