[김준호 기자=삼척시] 삼척시는 지난 28일 시민에게 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 시청 전 직원 대상 기획·감사분야 직원 역량강화 교육을 실시했다.

직원들의 업무 이해도를 높이기 위한 이번 교육은 기획·감사분야 업무인 정부합동평가, 청백e시스템·청렴교육, 적극행정·규제·시민행복 3개 주제로 인사혁신처 적극행정 전담강사인 하수희 강사 등을  초빙해 진행했다.

2024년(23년 실적) 합동평가에 대비하여 직원들의 평가제도에 대한 이해도를 높이고 전년도 평가 분석 및 실적 향상 방향을 제시하여 지표담당자의 역량을 강화하도록 했으며,

청백e시스템 및 청렴교육을 통해 공무원의 부정행위를 예방하는 내부통제시스템의 중요성과 공직자의 청렴의식을 향상시켜 깨끗하고 부패없는 청정삼척으로 재도약 의지를 다졌다.

또한, 적극행정·규제개혁 우수사례 소개 및 시민 행복정책 추진에 대한 직원의 이해도와 실천 의지를 높여  적극행정을 구현하는 계기를 마련했다.

이명기 기획조정실장은 “관행을 탈피하여 적극적이고 실천적인 자세로 시민을 위한 행정을 펼치도록 하고 반부패·청렴 시책으로 시민에게 신뢰받는 삼척시청을 만들어 나가도록 더욱 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
