[김준호 기자=강원남부] 더불어민주당 동해태백삼척정선 지역위원회(한호연 위원장)가 지난 7일(토) 오전 태백 신협 3층 대강당에서 한호연 지역위원장과 류태호 前 태백시장을 비롯해 당소속 기초의원 등 핵심당원 100여명이 참석한 가운데 2023년 신년회가 개최됐다고 밝혔다.

이날 신년회에서는 류태호 前 태백시장의 덕담을 시작으로, 김형원 동해시 前 도의원, 태백시 김동구 도당 부위원장, 삼척시 이광우 시의원, 정선군 전흥표 군의원이 차례로 나서 계묘년 새해 각오와 인사말을 전했다. 

한호연 위원장은, 신년사에서 10.29 이태원참사 희생자에 대한 명복과  유가족분들에게 심심한 위로의 말을 전하며, 그날의 진실을 명명백백히 밝혀 다시는 이땅위에 참사가 발생하지 않토록 철저한 진상규명을 촉구했다.

이어, 윤 대통령과 정부여당을 향해 북한과의 갈등을 고조시켜 '레드 콤플렉스'를 자극해 지지자를 결집 시키려는 '안보위기조성', 먼지털기식 수사와 의도적 피의사실 공표를 통해 야당 세력을 위축시키는 '정치탄압', ' 철밥통'과 '귀족노조'라는 오명을 씌워 노조를 실패한 경제정책과 경제위기의 희생양으로 삼는 '노동탄압'을 지적하며, 국민 통합이 아닌 분열을 촉발시키는 갈라치기를 멈춰야 한다고 주장했다.
