[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 춘천시가 저소득 청년들의 주거비 부담 경감을 위해 ‘청년월세 한시 특별지원’ 사업을 시행한다고 밝혔다. 

신청기간은 오는 2023년 8월 21일까지며, 대상자격은 복지로, 마이홈포털 홈페이지의 모의계산 서비스를 통해 자가진단이 가능하다.

신청은 청년 본인이 ‘복지로’ 홈페이지 또는 어플리케이션을 통해 온라인으로 신청하거나, 주민등록상 주소지 관할 읍면동 행정복지센터에 방문하여 신청하면 된다.

지원대상은 부모님과 별도 거주하는 만 19~34세 이하 무주택 청년으로, 임차보증금 5,000만원 이하 및 월세 60만원 이하인 주택에 거주하는 청년이다.

소득 및 재산 기준은 청년독립가구 기준 중위소득 60% 이하 및 원가구 기준 중위소득 100% 이하, 청년독립가구 1억 700만원 이하 및 원가구 3억 8,000만원 이하 요건을 충족하여야 한다. 

단, 청년 본인이 만 30세 이상이거나 혼인(이혼), 미혼부(모)인 경우, 만 30세 미만이나 소득이 기준 중위소득 50% 이상인 경우에는 청년독립가구의 소득 및 재산만 고려한다.

청년월세 한시 특별지원사업은 월 최대 20만원 범위 내 실 임차료를 매월 25일마다 지급한다.

지원금은 최대 12개월(회) 동안 지급될 예정이다. 주거급여 수급자의 경우 월세지원액에서 주거급여액 중 월차임분을 차감한 금액만 지원한다.
