[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 포천시는 지난 29일 ‘2021년 제1회 포천시 청소년 어울림마당 청소년 E-스포츠 게임대회’를 성황리에 마쳤다고 밝혔다. 

이번 대회에서는 1부 리그 오브 레전드, 2부 카트라이더 대회가 진행됐고, 결승대회는 포천시 청소년센터 유튜브채널에서 실시간 송출되었으며, MC허준과 청소년 MC 3명(문태현, 김혜원, 서동명)이 함께 결승 해설에 참여하며 좋은 호응을 얻었다고 했다. 

대회에는 총 10개 학교, 31팀, 148명의 청소년들이 참가했다. 행사의 기획부터 청소년들이 직접 운영하는 ‘청소년문화기획단’이 주관하였으며, 많은 청소년들과 지역주민들이 함께 관람하고 응원하며 색다른 비대면 축제의 장을 열었고, 특히, MC허준과의 이벤트 대결과 박윤국 포천시장과의 카트라이더 이벤트전이 청소년들의 눈길을 모았다고 했다.

한편, 2021년 포천시 청소년어울림마당은 여성가족부, 경기도, 포천시가 주최하고 포천시청소년수련시설에서 주관하는 놀이마당으로 ‘청소년이 만들어가는 행운축제’를 주제로 연 5회에 걸쳐 진행될 예정이고, 이번에 개최된 제1회 ‘청소년 E-스포츠대회’에 뒤이어 제2회는 8월 ‘청소년정책제안대회’, 제3회는 9월 ‘청소년 심폐소생술 대회’, 제4회는 10월 ‘청소년 사랑축제’, 제5회는 11월 ‘청소년 동아리 축제’를 개최할 예정이라고 했다.
