[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 7일 양주시는 양주혁신리빙랩센터에서 시민 주도형 ‘2021 양주 시민 혁신 프로젝트’ 참가자들의 킥오프 및 1차 워크숍을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

 

리빙랩 프로젝트는 양주시에 거주하거나 직장·학교 등의 생활을 하는 시민들이 지역 곳곳에서 경험하는 사회문제를 직접 발굴하고 능동적으로 참여해 해결해 나가는 시민주도형 혁신 프로젝트라고 했다.

 

앞서 양주시는 지난달 23일 지역사회 문제를 공유하고 사회혁신 과제를 발굴하기 위해 광적면, 양주2동, 회천1동 등을 순회하는 ‘찾아가는 혁신기획단 워크숍’을 열고 1개 과제를 선정했다고 전했다.

  

또한 지난달 15일부터 27일까지 ‘2021 양주 시민 혁신 프로젝트 공모전’을 통해 접수된 8개의 과제 중 심사를 거쳐 최종 4개 과제를 선정, 총 5개 과제를 필두로 본격적인 활동에 돌입했다고 했다.

최종 선정된 과제는 양주시 꿈드림 자립플랫폼 ‘서다’팀의 학교 밖 청소년을 위한 꿈드림 자립찾기 ‘JOB多한 이야기’, ‘행복마을 연구소Ⅱ’팀의 ‘방성2리 동이마을 활성화(아이템, 마케팅)’, ‘요주의 인물’팀의 ‘청년 네트워크의 지속 및 활동 활성화 방안’, ‘복지그리다 사회적협동조합’팀의 ‘더불어 살아가는 상생의 아파트 실버 택배’, ‘봉양동 살리기 주민 모임’팀의 ‘봉양동 혐오시설 환경개선 사업’ 등 5개라고 했다.

 

이날 워크숍에 참여한 참가자들은 맥락적 조사, 고객여정지도 등 데이터 기반의 서비스디자인 방법론 적용을 통해 문제정의와 개선 방향성을 도출하고 이슈트리를 활용해 문제별 가상모델을 구축, 핵심 전략을 추출했다고 했다.

 

양주시는 5개 과제를 ‘2021 양주 시민 혁신 리빙랩 프로젝트 과제’로 확정하고 프로젝트별 과제추진을 지원할 청년코디 5명(예원예술대학교 학생)을 비롯한 서비스 디자이너 4명(크리에이티브 다다), 시민 등과 함께 2차례에 걸친 추가 워크숍을 통해 아이디어 발산, 시제품 제작 등 문제 해결 활동을 전개할 계획이라고 전했다.

 

양주시 관계자는 “시민 중심 감동365 혁신시책으로 추진한 양주 혁신 리빙랩 프로젝트 사업이 올해로 3년 차를 맞으며 시민주도 혁신 정책으로 자리를 잡아가고 있다”며 “올해도 시민과 함께하는 시민 중심의 시정운영을 위해 시민의 제안으로 선정된 각 팀의 리빙랩 과제가 좋은 결실을 맺을 수 있도록 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.
