[김준호 기자=삼척시] 대한노인회 삼척시지회는 11월 15일 삼척시 문화예술회관 대공연장에서 제2회 삼척시 경로당 프로그램 발표대회를 개최한다.

이번 발표대회는 2022년 삼척시 경로당활성화사업의 일환으로 코로나19 등으로 인해 2019년 제1회 발표회 이후 3년 만에 열리며, 경로당 프로그램 활동을 통해 활기찬 노후 여가 생활을 보내고 계시는 어르신들이 그동안 경로당에서 배웠던 프로그램을 한자리에 모여 발표함으로써 자신감을 향상시키고 경로당 프로그램 참여에 대한 동기를 부여하고자 진행된다.

이날 발표대회는 ‘즐거운 프로그램! 활기찬 경로당!’을 슬로건으로 관내 241개 경로당 중 12개 경로당 300명이 참가하여 노래율동, 리듬난타, 건강체조, 실버요가, 민요체조, 코믹체조, 접시체조, 팜체조 등 2022년 한 해 동안 각 경로당에서 열심히 배우고 익힌 프로그램을 발표할 예정이다.

삼척시 관계자는 “경로당 프로그램을 통해 어르신들이 노년기 자기개발과 자존감을 향상시키고 경로당 구성원 간의 상호작용으로 동질감을 강화하여 정서적 지지체계를 형성할 수 있도록 앞으로도 경로당 프로그램 활동 지원에 힘쓰겠다.”고 전했다.
