[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 4월 18일부터, 횡성군은 지역 주민을 대상으로 신개념 평생학습 프로그램인 '배달강좌' 신청을 받는다고 밝혔다. 

배달강좌는 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 언제 어디서나 이뤄지는 학습자 중심의 맞춤형 방문 평생학습 프로그램으로, 군민들의 자발적인 학습모임 구성과 자기주도적 학습 지원을 위해 추진되며, 주민 7인 이상 요청 시, 주 2회 총 30회 이내로 원하는 장소와 시간에 희망하는 강사가 파견되고, 장소는 공공시설, 마을회관, 경로당, 직장 등 신청자가 사전에 준비해야 한다고 전했다. 

신청 가능한 강좌는 스마트폰 활용법, 블로그 활용하기, 천연화장품 만들기, 자격증 과정, 직업교육 등 강사파견이 가능한 모든 프로그램이며, 자녀 학습 능력 향상 프로그램은 제외되고, 강사는 배달강좌 신청 단체와 협의를 통해 선정한다고 했다.  

4월 18일부터 오는 27일까지 20개 내외 프로그램을 신청받으며, 신청 및 문의는 교육복지과 평생학습팀으로 하면 된다고 전했다.

김홍석 교육복지과장은 “배달강좌를 통해 지속 가능한 평생학습 문화를 조성하고, 배움을 통해 즐겁고 행복한 횡성을 만들어나가겠다.”고 말했다.
