[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양양군청소년수련관은 청소년의 자기주도 학습 능력 향상을 위한 ‘청소년 미래진로 아카데미’ 프로젝트를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

 

현재 청소년들의 교육환경은 코로나19로 인해 온라인 비대면 교육이 확대되고 있으며, 학생들의 진로에 따라 교육의 다양성을 확보하기 위한 고교학점제가 올해부터 부분적으로 도입되고 오는 2025년에는 전체 고등학교에 전면 시행되고, 이러한 교육환경의 변화는 청소년들이 자기주도적으로 진로를 설계하고 학습을 이끌어가는 능력을 필요로 하고 있다고 했다.

    

이에 양양군청소년수련관은 중학교 재학생 및 동 연령 청소년을 대상으로 자기주도성 향상을 통해 자기주도 학습 능력을 성장시키기 위한 진로교육 활동으로 ‘청소년 미래진로 아카데미’ 프로젝트를 운영한다고 전했다.

 

‘청소년 미래진로 아카데미’는 학년별, 단계별 프로젝트로 운영되며, 중학교 1학년을 위한 활동으로는 지역사회 봉사 활동과 동아리 활동을 통해 자기주도성을 향상시키는 ‘경험 프로젝트’를, 2학년은 청소년정책을 개발하고 청소년 친화적인 지역사회 만들기 활동을 통해 자기주도성을 향상시키는 ‘도전 프로젝트’를 진행하고, 또 3학년은 청소년수련관 연간운영계획 수립과 청소년 프로그램 개발과정을 통해 청소년 관장에 도전하게 되며, 청소년 관장으로 선출시 1년간의 청소년 관장 임기를 보장받는다고 했다.
