[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 6일 포천아트밸리는 청년여행LAB에서 전 직원을 대상으로 고객 만족도 향상 및 서비스 마인드 함양을 위한 전문 친절교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

포천시는 포천아트밸리를 찾는 방문객의 눈높이가 높아지고 서비스에 대한 요구가 다양화됨에 따라 고객과 소통하고 공감하는 서비스를 제공하고자 이번 교육을 마련했다고 전했다. 

이번 교육은 비즈러닝 조가영 수석강사가 ‘포천아트밸리 고객 분석 및 실전 롤플레잉’이라는 주제로 진행됐고, 강의에서는 최근 아트밸리를 다녀간 방문자들의 생생한 후기를 살펴보고 불만 고객을 분석한 후 실전 롤 플레잉을 통한 다양한 고객 응대법을 사례 중심으로 살펴봤다고 했다. 

포천시 관계자는 “포천아트밸리는 포천시를 대표하는 관광지인 만큼 이번 친절교육을 통해 직원들의 서비스 역량을 강화하여 방문객을 만족시키고 더 나아가 포천시에 대한 긍정적인 이미지를 만들도록 노력하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
